Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, perform patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns to support recovery and independence. Collaborate with a supportive team, track progress, and utilize evidence-based interventions and available technology to achieve meaningful outcomes. Requires current state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience.
Required Qualifications

- CPR certification
