Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting; supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, address patient concerns, and support recovery with goal-oriented therapy leveraging modern technology and a collaborative team. Emphasizes compassionate, individualized care, building relationships with patients, and contributing to positive outcomes within a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Qualifications include state licensure, CPR, and a Master’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
