Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to patients in inpatient rehabilitation, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns to support recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs, celebrate patient victories, and contribute to positive outcomes. Requires state licensure or certification, CPR certification, and education aligned with the role (Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
