Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy care to rehabilitation patients; supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments; create personalized care plans and address patient concerns; build meaningful relationships by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery; participate in ongoing professional growth and utilize available technology. Licensure/certification required by state regulations; CPR certification required. Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with sufficient experience. Located in Lexington, KY.
