Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehab patients, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans to address physical, mental, and emotional needs. Build meaningful relationships with patients, celebrate their victories, and contribute to recovery outcomes within a nurturing Encompass Health team that emphasizes compassionate, tailored care and ongoing professional growth. Requires current state licensure/certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s with relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
