Job Summary
Provide direct care to patients as an Occupational Therapist in an inpatient rehabilitation setting; supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients, celebrate progress, and collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, personalized care using available technology. Ensure alignment with state regulations and deliver high-quality rehabilitation services that drive meaningful patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
