Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed to support Encompass Health’s network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health agencies. Responsibilities include delivering rehabilitation services, applying a holistic set of therapeutic techniques to help patients regain independence, and contributing to comprehensive care across inpatient and home health environments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized treatment plans and promote patient-centered outcomes focused on improving functional independence within hospital and home-based care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Missouri or eligibility
- Experience in rehabilitation or home health settings preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Strong assessment, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work within a network of inpatient and home health services
- Commitment to patient-centered care and holistic approaches
