Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy; supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns; building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery; celebrating patient victories along the way; works within inpatient rehabilitation settings at Encompass Health with access to cutting-edge technology and opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience
