Job Summary
Provide direct inpatient occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recoveries. Build meaningful relationships with patients, celebrate patient progress, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality occupational therapy services using available technology. The role emphasizes individualized care, patient-centered outcomes, and professional growth within a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree plus sufficient experience in the field
