Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy services to inpatient rehabilitation patients, including conducting patient assessments, creating and implementing individualized care plans, supervising care, and addressing patient physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery and independence. Build meaningful patient relationships, collaborate with the treatment team, utilize evidence-based practices and cutting-edge technology, and contribute to positive outcomes while supporting professional growth within Encompass Health's post-acute care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience
