Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to inpatient rehabilitation patients, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients to support independence and an improved quality of life, utilizing specialized OT skills to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and contribute to positive rehabilitation outcomes. Eligible candidate will join a national inpatient rehabilitation leader focused on growth, collaboration, and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience
