Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy across our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health agencies, delivering holistic rehabilitation to help patients regain independence through individualized therapeutic techniques. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement OT plans of care that address activities of daily living and functional goals in both inpatient and home health environments.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Georgia (OTD/OT license) or eligible to apply
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or home health settings preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Strong assessment and therapeutic technique skills
- Collaborative teamwork across care settings
- Excellent communication and patient-family education skills
