Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, guide care with assessments and personalized treatment plans, supervise care and treatments, and build meaningful patient relationships to support recovery and independence. Collaborate within a supportive team to deliver compassionate, customized interventions using critical thinking to address physical, mental, and emotional needs and contribute to positive patient outcomes in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
