Job Summary
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team scheduling, orientation, training, and cross-departmental communication. Provide direct patient care by assessing physical, mental, and emotional needs to guide rehabilitation, while championing small victories and building rewarding relationships. This leadership role supports seamless procedure implementation within Encompass Health's national inpatient rehabilitation network, fostering a collaborative environment focused on patient recovery and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy license
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
- Minimum of three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
