Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed to provide occupational therapy services across Encompass Health's inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health agencies. Use a holistic approach to help patients regain independence through a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs, supporting patients in both facility-based and home health settings within the Encompass Health network.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed OT or eligible for licensure in PA
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state OT license or eligibility in Pennsylvania
- Ability to work in inpatient and home health settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Clinical assessment and treatment planning experience
- Knowledge of evidence-based OT interventions
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
