Job Summary
Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team functions, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care by assessing physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery, while championing small victories along the rehabilitation journey. This role supports seamless procedure implementation within a supportive, collaborative environment at a growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader.
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy license
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
- Minimum of three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
