Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed to provide comprehensive rehabilitation across inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health settings within Encompass Health’s network. Responsible for evaluating patients, designing and implementing individualized therapy programs to help regain independence, utilizing a holistic range of therapeutic techniques, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support functional recovery and activities of daily living.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Missouri
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Experience working in inpatient rehabilitation or home health settings is a plus
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Ability to develop and implement patient-centered therapy plans
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with rehab team
