Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services across inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health agencies within the Encompass Health network, using a holistic approach to help patients regain independence through a variety of therapeutic techniques adapted to individual needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote functional recovery and improved quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in New Jersey
- Experience in rehabilitation or home health settings preferred
- Ability to assess, plan, implement and reevaluate OT treatments
- Strong communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to patient-centered care and functional outcomes
