Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy services to rehabilitation patients, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans. Build meaningful relationships with patients to support successful recovery, celebrating patient victories along the way. Requires current state licensure or certification and CPR, with Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient field experience. Emphasis on compassionate, individualized care, collaboration within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, and utilization of evidence-based practices to improve quality of life.
