Job Summary

Educate patients and caregivers on safe rehabilitation practices while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and documentation standards. Work in an outpatient setting with flexible scheduling options including 8- or 10-hour weekday shifts, no nights required, and partial benefits for 20-30 hours per week. This role supports new graduates through a personalized mentorship program designed to build clinical confidence and career growth.
