Occupational Therapist needed to provide one-on-one OT care to older adults in private residences and senior living communities in Ellicott City, MD, leveraging a Geriatric House Calls model. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing care plans, delivering evidence-based therapy, documenting in EMR, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and caregivers, and delivering telehealth when appropriate.
