Job Summary
Provide therapy and evaluation services in accordance with licensing board and governing agencies. Plans and administers medically prescribed OT therapy and evaluation, develops treatment plans from physician orders, conducts individual and/or group sessions, communicates with team, completes documentation, and trains others as needed. Requires Licensed Occupational Therapist in Arkansas with NBCOT certification and a Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy; strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills; familiarity with HIPAA and documentation requirements. Emphasizes adherence to evidence-based methods, efficiency in direct therapy, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Arkansas
- NBCOT Certification
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Google.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
