Job Summary
Occupational Therapy Graduate with a structured, mentored entry into Early Start Australia’s graduate program. Role involves delivering therapy across clinics, clients’ homes, and schools, plus telehealth; requires collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, mentoring from senior clinicians, and a focus on developing children’s development milestones including fine motor skills and school/activity participation. Responsibilities include educating parents/carers, facilitating development through hands-on therapy, implementing treatment plans, and supporting positive behaviours. Required Qualifications
- A degree in Occupational Therapy
- Eligibility for AHPRA registration upon graduating
- Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in early 2026
- A full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third party insurance
- A valid Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain
- A clear current Police Check, or be willing to obtain
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or be willing to obtain
- First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to obtain
- Excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail
