Job Summary
Occupational Therapist for Early Intervention providing per-visit services in pediatric settings (birth–3 years) through Ivy Rehab for Kids. Responsibilities include direct therapy with children and coaching families to carry over techniques in natural settings; flexible schedule with 5-19 hours per week, with potential to build to part-time or full-time. Work across home, daycare, and community environments, promoting authentic care, growth, and developmental outcomes; opportunities for mentorship, CEU access, and potential DeNovo equity partnership for clinic ownership. Requires pediatric OT licensure and CCC; CPT/CPR-FA credentials; familiarity with pediatric developmental concepts and family-centered coaching; collaboration with clinical team across multiple therapies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Proof of current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Must have completed fellowship year and earned their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Pediatric experience with children age birth through 5 years
- Pediatric CPR and FA certification
- Ability to provide services in home, daycare, or community settings
