Job Summary
Occupational Therapist, Early Intervention in Chester County, PA (Part-time, Pay-Per-Visit) providing services to birth to age three in child’s natural setting (home/daycare/community). Role emphasizes coaching families to empower caregivers, with sessions conducted in-home or in community settings; opportunities to collaborate across PT, OT, SLP, and ABA teams within Ivy Rehab for Kids and career growth through mentorship, CEU access, and potential DeNovo equity partnership to open clinics. Requires OT degree (Master’s or Doctorate), PA licensure or pending, pediatric CPR and FA, and at least one year of experience with children under 5. Responsibilities include direct pediatric therapy, family coaching, and contributing to a multidisciplinary care plan with patient outcomes and family engagement. Weekly hours are per-visit (5-19 hours/week with potential to expand). Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program with a Master's or Doctorate Degree
- Current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
- pediatric CPR and FA certification (infant/child CPR)
- at least one year of experience with children under 5 years
