Job Summary
Evaluate young children to identify developmental strengths and areas of need across daily routines and activities. Develop and implement IEP goals using play-based, developmentally appropriate practices, monitoring progress through data and professional judgment. Collaborate as an active member of the multidisciplinary team, partnering with teachers, related service providers, and families to support each child's participation and growth. Provide therapy that supports engagement in classroom routines, peer interactions, and early learning experiences, promoting skill development in fine motor, self-care, sensory processing, and other functional areas. Deliver direct services, consultation, and coaching within natural environments in alignment with best practices and IEP requirements. This role follows a school-day calendar within the Approved Private School program.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy License

- Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings
