Job Summary
Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload. Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations. Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management. Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals. Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs. Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel. Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report on progress quarterly. Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews. Must be a graduate from an accredited university with an OT degree and hold a current New York State Occupational Therapy License. Bilingual is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current New York State Occupational Therapy License
