Occupational Therapist

Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy programs and activities in accordance with current rules and guidelines. Participate in discharge planning, patient care plan development, and implementation of patient assessments, including quarterly reviews. Maintain treatment records, patient files, and progress notes as required.
