Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Build meaningful patient relationships to promote recovery, and utilize specialized OT skills to drive outcomes. Requires state licensure or certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience. Full-time role based in Tucson within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation team, offering opportunities for professional growth and access to advanced technology.
