As an Occupational Therapist, provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients in an inpatient setting, guiding assessments, crafting personalized care plans, supervising treatments, and addressing patient concerns to drive meaningful recoveries. Build strong patient relationships, employ collaborative care within a multidisciplinary team, and utilize evidence-based approaches and technology to support independence and quality of life. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree is preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience.
