Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients; supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns to support recovery. Build meaningful patient relationships and monitor physical, mental, and emotional needs. Utilize established therapy processes and collaborate with a care team in a hospital-based rehabilitation setting. Requires state licensure or certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience in the field.
