Occupational Therapist in a day-shift role focused on direct rehab care for inpatient clients. Responsible for supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns to support recovery and independence. Works with a compassionate, collaborative team using advanced rehabilitation technology to drive meaningful outcomes and improve quality of life for patients. Strong emphasis on building relationships with patients to understand physical, mental, and emotional needs and celebrate progress. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with sufficient experience).
