Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and provide 1:1 treatment for underserved groups, focusing on emotional regulation, self-care, and social participation. Collaboratively develop person-centered plans of care with measurable goals and group protocols to address barriers to occupational performance. Document interventions and progress while coordinating with the treatment team for discharge planning and community support referrals. Educate families and employers on accommodations and utilize assistive technology recommendations to promote engagement. Maintain licensure, comply with agency policies, and participate in required meetings and trainings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors: Occupational Therapy
  • Masters: Occupational Therapy
  • Occupational Therapist (OTR/OTA-L) - State Board of Occupational Therapy
  • Experience with children/youth/adolescents in a Crisis setting
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, or transition-aged youth with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual/developmental disability, or substance use disorder
  • Mental Health Experience
  • 2 Years
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
  • Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist
  • Driving
  • travel
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Completion of an accredited occupational therapy educational curriculum
  • Maintain certification/licensure in all agency, state and federal training requirements
  • Maintain all necessary documentation and records in a timely manner
  • Use of an Electronic Health Record system (EHR)
