Job Summary
Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell® in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting. Evaluate patients for plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, developing relationships with families through hands-on care and state-of-the-art clinic procedures. This full-time role includes a traditional workweek with no nights and minimal to no weekend work, featuring direct patient care with minimal paperwork and no productivity quotas. Candidates receive quarterly performance bonuses, annual raises, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching. Licensed OTs with orthotic fitting experience are preferred, though formal training and mentoring are provided for those without a pediatric background.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed OT
- 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices (e.g. splints, braces, maternity belts)
