Job Summary
Pediatric occupational therapy position delivering in-home evaluation and treatment for medically complex children in the Dallas area. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests, developing and implementing treatment plans aligned with physician orders, delivering in-home therapy for a range of pediatric diagnoses, engaging families with regular updates on child goals, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining thorough clinical documentation, and actively participating in team meetings to refine treatment strategies. Must hold an active Texas OT license and BLS/CPR certification, have reliable transportation, and enjoy one-on-one mentoring within a supportive, growth-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
