Job Summary
Occupational Therapist within Converse County School District #1 providing services to students. Responsible for assessing students' fine and visual motor skills, self-help skills, and functional abilities; developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans; identifying barriers and providing recommendations for accessibility and program development; supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs); collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals; interpreting medical reports and test results to ensure appropriate intervention; maintaining IEP files and documentation; delivering direct OT services in and out of class; and traveling to multiple school sites as needed to promote student outcomes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- WY Occupational Therapist State License
- Motor Vehicle Operator's License or ability to provide own transportation
- Certification/License: WY Occupational Therapist State License
- Travel to school district buildings and professional meetings as required
