Job Summary
Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs, then develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders. Provide in-home therapy services for children with diverse diagnoses while engaging families with regular communication and updates on goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and nurses to refine strategies, and maintain documentation reflecting care provided and treatment changes. Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress. Requires a valid Texas Occupational Therapy license, current BLS/CPR, and reliable transportation.
