Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans to address physical, mental, and emotional needs. Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery and celebrate progress, while collaborating within an inpatient rehabilitation team and utilizing advanced technology. Requires current state licensure or certification and CPR; Master's Degree is preferred (or Bachelor's Degree with sufficient experience) for professional growth and impact within a national post-acute care setting. Required Qualifications
