Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist at Encompass Health, provide direct patient care to rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, and develop personalized care plans to support independence and recovery. Build meaningful patient relationships by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs, celebrate patient victories, and contribute to a collaborative, compassionate team focused on high-quality outcomes in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Qualifications include current licensure or certification per state regulations, CPR certification, and a Master’s Degree preferred (or a Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience).
