Job Summary
Occupational Therapist providing direct care to rehabilitation patients, including supervising treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns to drive recovery outcomes in an inpatient setting. This role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care within a collaborative team at Encompass Health. Qualifications include current state licensure/certification and CPR; a Master’s Degree is preferred (or a Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience).
