Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to inpatients, guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns to support recovery; build meaningful relationships to understand patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs and celebrate patient victories along the way; work within a collaborative, growth-oriented team using access to advanced technology to deliver compassionate, individualized rehabilitation services.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
