Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed to coordinate and deliver OT services for patients from infancy through geriatrics. Develops and implements individualized treatment programs, evaluates patients using diverse data sources, selects activities to promote health and meet treatment goals, and adjusts intervention plans as needed. Provides direct therapy in various settings, plans care in coordination with rehabilitation, medical, and nursing teams, and prepares required documentation (evaluation results, treatment plans, progress notes). Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team; builds rapport and collaborates with team members; contributes to department program development and supports professional growth through education and in-service activities.
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in state of practice (Nebraska)
