Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans to support independent living and positive outcomes. Build meaningful patient relationships by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery and celebrate patient progress. Possess current state licensure/certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree is preferred (or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience).
