Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and celebrate patient progress while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative, inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
