Job Summary
Evaluates and treats patients with physical, emotional, cognitive and/or psychosocial deficits. Primary responsibilities include assessing a patient’s ability to safely perform independent living skills, designing and implementing plans of care with appropriate treatment modalities, documenting progress, educating patients and families, planning/discharging from therapy services, and supervising designated staff according to regulations. Requires Wisconsin licensure as an Occupational Therapist (or eligible) and a degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate). No experience required; new graduates welcome. BLS HCP certification within 90 days of employment. Location: Monroe, WI; 32 weekly hours; full-time; day shift with flexible scheduling, no on-call, light weekend rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Wisconsin PT license (or eligibility) required
- Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy, or related area as required to obtain licensure in state of practice
- Resuscitation Certification Requirement: Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) required within 90 day of employment
