Job Summary
Provides occupational therapy evaluations and treatment plans for program participants; administers innovative treatment programs and communicates treatment needs to staff; develops home exercise programs, conducts home evaluations, and manages caseload; participates in team meetings and professional development; supervises Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants; maintains documentation and reports of services; collaborates with physicians, staff, families, and community resources; travels as needed; requires a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and state OT/L licensure; heavy work capacity and disability-conscious practice within CCS/Sevita settings.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
- one year human services experience
- Must be licensed OT/L in state and a member in good standing with AOTA
