Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, including patient assessments, creation of personalized care plans, and supervision of treatments to facilitate meaningful recoveries. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve functional outcomes and quality of life. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with sufficient experience). Be part of Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation team focused on growth, development, and positive outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
