Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans to promote independence and improved quality of life. Build meaningful relationships with patients by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery, all within a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation team and supported by access to technology and organizational resources.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master‘s Degree preferred, or Bachelor‘s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
