Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy services to rehabilitation patients, including leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, supervising treatments, and addressing patient concerns to support recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients to support holistic needs (physical, mental, and emotional). Utilize available technology in a collaborative, growth-focused team environment and contribute to high-quality care and outcomes. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development through a national inpatient rehabilitation leader.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master‘s Degree preferred, or Bachelor‘s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
