Occupational Therapist

Directly provides occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervises care and treatments, conducts patient assessments, and creates personalized care plans to support recovery. Builds meaningful relationships with patients by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs and tracking progress toward meaningful outcomes. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Requires state licensure or certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree is preferred (or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience). Emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and ongoing professional growth within a nationally recognized post-acute care provider.
